No smoking and no pets allowed at Baker Place.

You must have a credit card to make a reservation. Your credit card will be charged for your first night's stay at the time of your reservation. Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows will not receive a refund.

Add 7% sales tax, 5% innkeepers tax to all quoted rates.

Minimum two night stay required for all reservations.

Guests who are ages 24 years or under MUST be accompanied by at least one other guest who is 25 years or older and who will stay for the entire duration.

Baker Place has been furnished for general cooking and housekeeping needs. Linens, pillows and bedspreads are provided. Dishes, glassware, pots, and pans are provided as well. Paper products, condiments, and cleaning supplies are not provided.

As such, it might be wise for us to discuss the age and personality of any children that might be staying there. Guests will become responsible for damage to individual works and should consider in advance whether our space is appropriate for your family and vice versa.
